On August 15 and 16, the Tulsa OK Chapter of The Links Incorporated gathered at the serene Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center for our 2025 Annual Retreat, united under the empowering theme Amplifying Service to Elevate and Celebrate Our Impact. This year's retreat was a powerful convergence of reflection, strategic planning, and sisterhood anchored in purpose and propelled by vision.

The weekend began with a transformative Friday evening session led by our very own Carlisha Williams Bradley, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Tulsa Chapter member. Through her expert facilitation, we uncovered and celebrated our individual strengths, aligning them toward a collective mission of deeper impact and service. That momentum continued with a robust Chapter Assessment discussion guided by Central Area Vice Director Joel Lyn McCormick, as we openly explored opportunities to enhance leadership, membership, programming, and operations.

With transparency and intentionality, we leaned into meaningful dialogue, reinforced our commitment to service excellence, and outlined clear priorities for the year ahead. From engaging sessions to moments of spiritual reflection, the retreat served as a powerful reminder of our enduring purpose and the joy of walking it out together. We closed the weekend in faith and unity by worshiping at The Met Church Tulsa, stepping into the new year with renewed clarity, community, and conviction.
