LINKS SPOTLIGHT: FELICIA J. SENTER

The Tulsa (OK) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated proudly celebrates our member, Felicia Senter, who was recently honored as Outstanding Leader of the Year by Executive Women International (EWI).

Felicia has been an active, committed member of EWI for 14 years, stepping into leadership the moment she joined. Her journey began as Sergeant-at-Arms, and from there she quickly became known as a servant leader who consistently uplifts others, strengthens connections, and leads with grace, excellence, and purpose. Felicia’s passion for service is evident in the countless committees she has supported, the partnerships she has fostered, and the mentorship she continues to provide.

During her tenure on the EWI Corporate Board — including her service as Corporate President (2019-2020) — Felicia guided members through unprecedented times, encouraging growth, resilience, and community. She has facilitated leadership development, hosted webinars, and poured herself into the ongoing advancement of women in leadership.

This prestigious award reflects not only Felicia’s extraordinary contributions but also the spirit of dedication and service she embodies in all she does. Her leadership shines brightly in our Chapter, and we are honored to celebrate this well-deserved recognition.
